Reading Notes Ramayana PDE D
Rama now sets to lead an attack on lanka so that he can rescue Sita from Ravana. Ravana sent spies in monkey form to gain information on how Rama's army was. Shot with arrows Rama and his army were injured allowing Ravana to leave with Sita at his side Garuda came along and healed the army of Rama since he was an enemy of Ravana's son. The rackshasas awoke a great demon who can only be awake once every six months so that he may devour Rama and his army. Rama fires his flaming arrows that take of the demons head killing him in the act. Ravana's son is using magic and tries to make it seem as though Sita has died, but Rama is shown he is trying to be tricked. Which then leads to his son being slain and ravana swearing to avenge his death. As the battle goes on the gods are watching and want Rama to win. To help fulfill this Indra sends his chariot to help support Rama in his battle. Using the weapon that Brahma made for him he is able to shoot and kill Ravana fulfilling the god's wishes. After the funeral Sita and Rama are reunited with one another. Sita then becomes frustrated with the cruel language that rama now uses. Rama now is able to return to his home just when his fourteen year ban is coming to an end. Now that his ban has ended he is able to finally able to be crowned as king. Ram and Sita then depart from the world and go back into their god form.
