Learning Challenge, Key to College Success
This article confirmed for me, the importance of sleep for students. It is something that my coach preaches to us. I did learn that the main reason why we don't sleep as much is because of stress. I did not know that, but it does make a lot of sense. Im curious to see that if I just start going to bed a little bit earlier to see how that affects my mood and energy throughout the day.
